Deutsch: 25.10.2014 01326 Dresden-Rochwitz: Ehemalige Pappritzmühle (16. Jh.), Wachwitzgrund 90 (GMP: 51.043537,13.842591). Im Juli 1963 stellte die Kommunale Wohnungsverwaltung den Antrag, die Pappritzmühle, Wachwitzgrund 90, wegen Baufälligkeit abzureißen. Zuletzt hatte der behinderte Maler Goldberg im Haus gewohnt, der Autos mit viereckigen Rädern malte. Auf Inititative des Anglerverbands Dresden wurde die Abbruchgenehmigung im Dez. 1963 wieder aufgehoben und das Anwesen den Anglern mit der Auflage überlassen, es instand zu setzen. Der Anglerverband plante, den Mühlteich für eine Hecht- bzw. Forellenaufzucht zu entschlammen und das Gebäude als Vereinshaus zu nutzen. Der Teich wurde entschlammt, eine neue Staumauer gebaut und Ende 1964 die ersten Fische eingesetz, berichtet Heinz Ohlemann. Ein großen Unwetter beendete 1965 diese Pläne.
