Ursprünglich von der Weimarer Immobilienfirma Florana mit ihrem Chef Heinz Nettekoven unter der Bezeichnung "Canaletto-Passage" konzipiert, hat sich später der bescheidenere Begriff Einkaufszentrum "SP1" durchgesetzt.
