Description
Deutsch: 10.09.2019 01219 Dresden-Strehlen: Villa Erlwein, Rayskistraße 25. Für selbiges Gebäude wird in den Quellen teilweise auch die Anschrift Elsa-Brändström-Straße 13 genannt (GMP: 51.024941,13.767193). Die Erlwein-Villa wurde 1869 im Stil der italienischen Renaissance / Neorenaissance erbaut. Erster Besitzer war der Dresdner Unternehmer Ernst Ludwig Aulhorn, Inhaber der Löbtauer Schokoladenfabrik Petzold & Aulhorn. Von 1904 bis zu seinem Tode 1914 wohnte hier der Dresdner Stadtbaurat Hans Erlwein als Mieter. Nach 1945 wurde die Villa zunächst von der Roten Armee beschlagnahmt und als Wohnhaus sowjetischer Offiziere genutzt. 1946-1948 (-1952?) wohnte hier Prof. Hermann Kastner, Landesvorsitzender der LDPD und sächsischer Justizminister. Danach (von 1952) war hier bis 1995 ein Kindergarten. Anschließend Leerstand. Ab dem Frühjahr 2018 wird die Villa durch den neuen Eigentümer, die Franz Holzapfel Unternehmensgruppe, saniert.
