Description
Deutsch: 16.11.2020 01069 Dresden-Südvorstadt: Eisenstuckstraße 33 (bzw. Hübnerstraße 8) Hinterhaus (GMP: 51.034797,13.725306). Experimentalbau in 9 MP Großtafelbauweise (Plattenbau 9 Tonnen, bis 7.200 mm Elementelänge). Erbaut etwa um 1970 unter Federführung des Bauingenieurs Prof. Dr. Eberhard Deutschmann und des Architekten Prof. Leopold Wiel, beide TU Dresden. Ehemals 2 Sektionen (Eingänge). Die südliche Sektion (GMP: 51.034641,13.725177) ist zum Aufnahmezeitpunkt bereits abgerissen. Die Besonderheit der 9 MP Bauweise gegenüber dem Plattenbausystem WBS 70 mit nur 6,3 t Laststufe bestand darin, das mit 9 t raumgroße Deckenplatten mit kompletten Fußbodenaufbau montiert werden konnten. Ebenso entfielen in der Deckenuntersicht die häßlichen Fugen. Allerdings gab es auch Nachteile, etwa beim Transport der großen Deckenplatten. Deshalb wurde die 9 MP Bauweise nicht weiter verfolgt.
