Summary

edit
Description This building at the southeast corner of 23rd and Sixth Avenue used to be a jewelry store, then was a branch of Riker's Drugs. Erich's department store wanted to build on the whole east end of this block, but Riker's refused to sell, so Erich's--now Burlington Coat Factory--wrapped itself around the holdout.
