28th Budapest International Book Festival 2023-09-28 - 2023-09-01, - Millenáris Park Hall B (Nagycsarnok). Former Great Assembly Hall opened in 1911, was renovated in 2019 after its reconstruction in 2001. The asymmetrical mass, four-nave, basilical hall with riveted steel structure. The nave has a mansard roof, the steeper planes on the sides and the side walls below them are glazed throughout. From the flat-pitched gable roofs of the side naves, skylights of triangular cross-section protrude. In the interior, riveted steel-reinforced frame structure filled with concrete appears on the original sidewalls and pillars. The space covering structure consists of riveted truss supports. The closed parts are made of monolithic reinforced concrete with brick inserts. Bridge cranes have also been preserved along with crane tracks. In the interior of the hall there are free-forming galleries, largely independent of the original building structure, supported by a pronounced new steel structure - 16-20 Kis Rókus Steet, Fény Street, 2nd district of Budapest, Hungary.

28. Budapesti Nemzetközi Könyvfesztivál idején Millenáris Park B csarnok. A Ganz Villamossági Gyár máshol nagyszerelde épülete, ma Nagycsarnok. Az 1911-ben megnyílt egykori Nagyszerelde épületét 2001-es átépítése után 2019-ben felújították. Az aszimmetrikus tömegű, négyhajós, bazilikális csarnok szegecselt acélszerkezettel. A főhajó manzárdtetős, melynek oldalsó meredekebb síkjai és alattuk az oldalfalak végig üvegezettek. A mellékhajók lapos hajlásszögű nyeregtetőiből háromszög keresztmetszetű felülvilágítók emelkednek ki. A belső térben az eredeti oldalfalakon és a pilléreken megjelenik a betonnal kitöltött szegecselt acélerősítésű vázszerkezet. A térlefedő szerkezet szegecselt rácsos tartókból áll. A zárt részek tégla betétes monolit vasbetonból készültek. Megőrizték a híddarukat is a darupályákkal együtt. A csarnok belső terében az eredeti épületszerkezettől jórészt független, hangsúlyos új acélszerkezettel tartott, szabad formálású galériák helyezkednek el. - Budapest, II. kerület, Országút, Kis Rókus utca 16-20, Fény utca
