中文：3月16日福岡辦事處及駐日代表處拜訪北九州產業學術推進機構(FAIS)及九州工業大學
  • 北九州產業學術推進機構(FAIS)邀請參訪北九州學術研究都市(KSRP)及九州工業大學仿神經型態AI硬體研究中心，我方福岡辦事處陳銘俊處長與駐日代表處鄒幼涵顧問、經濟組林春壽組長及科技組林育聖秘書應邀出席。
  • 3月16日福岡辦事處陳銘俊處長與鄒顧問等行至KSRP拜訪，日方由FAIS松永守央理事長及鮎川典明專務理事等人接待，松永理事長熱情歡迎我方到訪，日方並簡介FAIS、KSRP及將於本(2022)年10月20日至21日規劃辦理之20周年活動內容。我方陳銘俊處長介紹臺日合作關係及鄒幼涵顧問分享臺灣科技政策、科技合作計畫、人才培訓計畫與產業創新人才海外培訓計畫(X TALENT)。另雙方針對KSRP 20周年活動細節進行初步交流討論。
  • 九州工業大學仿神經型態AI硬體研究中心主任田中啓文教授簡報，AI硬體中心係為開發AI硬體所需之相關材料，並應用在AI晶片上，以降低目前AI軟硬體設備耗電量過大之問題；九州工業大學為全日本唯一以成立組織的方式進行AI硬體材料相關之研究開發。鄒顧問回應AI中心進行跨域科學之研究(材料科學、奈米、工程、計算科學等)，自研究端至應用端連結及開發應用模式，未來亦期待我方研究團隊與該中心共同合作。
  • 日方邀請我方參觀九州工業大學訪神經型態AI硬體研究中心，該中心參加世界機器人大賽已連續三年拿下冠軍，並現場向我方展示AI機器人之動作及物體辨識能力。
  • 日方邀請我方參觀FAIS共同研究開發中心之半導體設施、FAIS技術開發交流中心之機器人技術中心及車輛未來館等設施，該等設施係提供學人及產業進行相關領域之研究及實作使用。
