Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_88271_20220705_112432.jpg Notes: חוות קלמניה הוקמה בשנת 1927 על ידי משה גרָדינגר ונקראה על שמו של אביו, קלמן. החווה הוקמה על שטח קרקע שבין קלקיליה, טירה והכפר מיסקי. החזון היה להקים משק חקלאי גדול שישמש בעתיד עורף לאספקת תוצרת חקלאית ליישוב העירוני המתפתח. בתוך שנתיים נטעו מטעים, הוקמה בריכת מים המתמלאת ממי באר שנחפרה במקום, הוקמו מבנים המשמשים כבית מכונות, רפת ובניין מגורים בין שתי קומות. כן הוקמו מטבח וחדר אוכל כדי למלא את צורכיהם של הפועלים. היה זה המשק החקלאי הגדול והמצליח ביותר בארץ במחצית הראשונה של המאה ה-20.
