הערות: חוות קלמניה הוקמה בשנת 1927 על ידי משה גרָדינגר ונקראה על שם אביו, קלמן. הוא הגיע לביקור בארץ ישראל ב 1926 וחיפש קרקע להקמת משק חקלאי גדול שישמש עורף לאספקת תוצרת חקלאית ליישוב העירוני המתפתח.החווה הוקמה באזור בית ברל של היום. זה היה המשק החקלאי הגדול והמצליח ביותר בארץ במחצית הראשונה של המאה ה-20 והוא פעל כעשור שנים. גרדינגר נפטר ב- 1946. בניין החווה שימש כמרכז הכשרה וסמינרים של תנועת העבודה. ב 1952 צורף ל בית ברל הסמוך. לבסוף שופץ המתחם וב1995 הפך למדרשה לאמנות של בית ברל.
