תיאור: הכניסה לתחנת הרכבת המנדטורית בלוד
הערות: מתחם הרכבת של לוד היה הגדול והחשוב בתקופת המנדט הבריטי צבאית ואזרחית. הכניסה הגדולה לארץ-ישראל, בעיקר מהדרום. בניין "תחנת א-ליד" (התחנה העות'מאנית הישנה) היה ממוקם על מסילת הרכבת יפו–ירושלים, אשר נחנכה בחודש ספטמבר 1892 וקישרה בין יפו לירושלים. אחר שהסתיימה מלחמת העולם הראשונה הניחו הבריטים מסילת ברזל חדשה שלאורכה ובשוליה נבנו מחנות צבא ונבנתה תחנת רכבת גדולה התחנה הבריטית נפתחה לראשונה בשנת 1917.
