Description: Gvulot observation point was settled by JNF on 12.5.1943 as Agricultural farm. After the war Gvulot people moved to its final place 2 km from the observation point

שם: מצפה גבולות
תיאור: מצפה גבולות, חלוץ שלושת המצפים (גבולות, רביבים ובית אשל), הוקם ב- 12.5.1943 על ידי קק״ל, כחוות מחקר חקלאית.
הערות: המייסדים של גבולות, אנשי קיבוץ חצור של השומר הצעיר, עזבו את המקום אחר שלוש שנים. לאחר שהות קצרה של מייסדי קיבוץ נירים במצפה, הגיעו למקום חברי קיבוץ אלמגור שהיו למייסדי קיבוץ גבולות. במלחמת העצמאות שכנה במקום מפקדת הגדוד השמיני של הפלמ״ח. במקום הייתה המאפייה האזורית ובית חולים תת־קרקעי. בתום המלחמה עברו חברי הקיבוץ לנקודת הקבע המרוחקת כשני ק״מ מהמצפה.
