הערות: בית ממדוח נבולסי נבנה בשנות ה-30 של המאה ה-20 ע"י האדריכל מרדכי רוזנגרטן. לבית המורכב משני חלקים המקבילים לצומות הרחובות בו הוא ניצב מרפסות מעוגלות. ממדוח נבולסי היה ממכובדי העיר, חבר במפלגת הפתוואה, יושב ראש חברת סינמה פלסטין ומבעלי ומנהלי קולנוע אלהמברה ופארוק הפתוח שלידו. ב1948 התפזרה המשפחה בירדן ובשכם. בדירה בבית התגוררה פרידה לופו, האחות הראשית של בית החולים דג'אני. האדריכל רוזנגרטן, נולד בוורשה שבפולין ולמד הנדסה בבפראג. בנה עשרות בתי מגורים באיכות גבוהה במרכז ת"א.
