English: In contrast to non-tumorigenic cells, aggregates of the tumorigenic cell line MoVi10 grow and then after 100 hours, move through the 3D Matrigel and rapidly coalesce within 3 days. MoVi10 is a tumorigenic cell line derived from a breast tumor (see S1 Table).
