English: FRET biosensors reporting Rac1 activity (top) or RhoA activity (bottom) for A2780 cells migrating over a 5 minute timecourse on 3D CDMs, stimulated with cRGDfV, treated with MEK1/2 inhibitor PD184352 and transfected with control siRNA (left) or Eps8 siRNA (right) to abrogate formation of the Sos1-Eps8-Abi1 complex. Thermal look up table applied as in Fig 4I–4L, where red denotes high GTPase activity and green denotes low GTPase activity.
