English: Example of individual mitochondria from a microfluidics-based correlative livecell and super-resolution experiment. In this video, mitochondria are imaged live for 30 seconds and then fixed using a computer-controlled fluid delivery system (left panel, video sped up 5X). After automated immunostaining, the same mitochondria are imaged using STORM (right panel).
