Description
English: Here a cell nucleus (DAPI, blue) positive for BrdU (green) of a pericyte (labeled with PDGFR beta in red) is shown in an animated confocal 3 D Z-stack (700nm thickness of planes). Note that the cell membrane of the pericyte stains positive for PDGFR beta (red) whilst its cell nucleus is spared due to the localization of PDGFR beta on the cell membrane of the pericyte.
