Description
English: Time-lapse microscopic movie showing the morphological change in a single colony from day 0 to day 6 (initial differentiation). In this period, a colony begins forming a rosary-like morphology as it differentiates. The pictures were automatically taken every 8 minute by Biostation IM (Nikon Instruments, Tokyo, Japan).
