English: Intravital microscopy of dendritic cell migration. YFP-DCs were injected into the ear and a frame was acquired every thirty seconds for 1 hour in an inverted confocal microscope. The video shows DCs (green) moving in the interstitium and in lymphatic vessels (red). Video speed: 5 frames per second.
