A representative SW480 cell transiently expressing green fluorescent protein (GFP)-fascin-1 and monomeric red fluorescent protein (mRFP)-lifeact after treatment with Y27632. Zoomed images represent the 25 × 25 μm box from the top-left panel. Images were acquired every 2 sec over 4 minutes.
