English: Live imaging of rHP-PRRSV/SD16/TRS6-EGFP observed by in vivo live-cell microscopy. Marc-145 cells were infected at an MOI of 0.01 in a 35 mm cell culture dish with rHP-PRRSV/SD16/TRS6-EGFP. EGFP fluorescence signals were acquired every 15 min for a period of 3 days using a live cell station, as described in the Materials and methods. Images were processed into a movie of six frames s-1 using QuickTime Pro. Scale bar, 100 μm. |
