Aaron (Alf) Biber's Barbershop at 22 Scotland Green, Tottenham was broken into during the Tottenham Riot over the evening and night of 6/7 August 2011. When Mr Biber arrived back in Tottenham he found the door and window smashed and the shop damaged and some property stolen. 1n 2011 Mr Biber was 89 and had the barbershop for forty years. In the following days, as riots spread across London and other cities in England, journalists descended on Tottenham. Mr Biber was frequently interviewed.
