Description
English: Time-course ratiometric imaging of a young, growing wild-type pollen tube, an arrested wild-type bulge, and a bursting anx1 anx2 bulge. Δt = 4 s. The calibration bar is the same as in Figure 7A. Scale bar = 5 µm. At time = 76 s, a white arrow indicates a sudden increase of [Ca2+]tip in anx1 anx2 before the bulge actually bursts (black arrow at time = 84 s).
