Nederlands: Sinds het Fyra-drama heb ik mij zitten te verdiepen in de catalogus van Ansaldo, en ik heb mij daarna serieus afgevraagd of AnsaldoBreda ooit iets goed heeft gebouwd. Op die manier raakte ik geinterreseerd in de tram van het Franse Lille, alwaar al ruim twintig jaar Ansaldo-trams rijden, en blijkbaar zonder problemen.
Op 12 april ben ik naar Lille gegaan, om aldaar eens te kijken bij deze tramstellen. Eerlijk gezegd was ik verbaasd: de stellen bevielen mij wel, ze trekken snel op en halen van tijd tot tijd de 80 kilometer per uur. Afgezien van het feit dat de stellen compleet afgeragd worden door de locals zijn het gewoon prima trams. In Marcq-en-Barœul zette ik een van de Ansaldo-stellen op de foto, bij de halte Croisé-Laroche, alwaar de tram aftakt in een deel naar Roubaix en een deel naar Tourcoing. |
