Description
Deutsch: Dieser mittelalterliche 18 m hohe Wehrturm ist über eine Flurtüre direkt mit dem kleinen Haus verbunden, das wir in den Jahren 2009/2010 mit großem Aufwand saniert haben. Er sollte eigentlich eine Spindeltreppe bekommen um als Ausguck zu dienen. Diesen Plan haben wir allerdings verworfen, weil zu aufwändig. Stattdessen wird das unterste Geschoss mit einem ebenen Natursteinboden belegt. Die schadhafte feldseitige Holztür wurde inzwischen erneuert. Das Haus wird seit Mai 2010 als Ferienhaus genutzt.
English: this medieval tower is 18m high and attached to the small house we renovated in 2009/2010. In the next few years we want to build a staircase in it to use this 'snail tower' as a special sightseeing point.
