Summary edit

Description For a change of scenery I decided to travel north of Portland and spend an afternoon in Vancouver (Washington). While taking a pedestrian bridge across the highway I noticed several people pointing over my head. It was then that I turned and saw this single engine plane coming in for a landing. Up until now I didn’t know there was an airstrip in the area nor did I realize how close I was to the runway. Let’s just say at one point the pilot and I made eye contact.
