Description
English:  : A former printing house planned by Flóris Korb and Kálmán Giergl buil to to HQ of Légrády Publishing/printing. Listed corner,-originally, four storey building. Now it is the eight storey 'Eiffel Palace' office building remodelled extended with nine! levels,-five level of its is underground parking,-in 2013. [1] - 78 Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út/street, Lipótváros neighbourhood, District V, Budapest.
Magyar:  : E Pollák Károly (1834-1903) litográfus testvérével nyomdát és újságot Pesti Hírlap alapítottak és felvették a nemesi malomszegi Légrády nevet. Több költözés után lett a székházuka (ma, Bajcsy-Zsilinszky u. 78.) ahol egy ideig Mikszáth Kálmán,-a lap egyik dolgozója,-is lakott. 1893-ban épült, Korb Flóris és Giergl Kálmán építészpáros tervei szerint, az egykor 3 utcára néző, Váci körút, Klotild, Sólyom utca határolta telken. [2] azonosító: -7910. Valamint a Bajcsy Zsilinszky út páros oldala a Szt. István tértől a Stollár Béla utcáig memléki épületegyüttess része azonosító: -8118. Jelenleg ez a Eiffel Palace Eiffel Palace 8 szintes irodaháza - Budapest, Belváros-Lipótváros kerület, Lipótváros, Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út 78, Stollár Béla u. 21
