Português: Reúne as atas das reuniões da comissão incumbida de estudar o projeto do Código civil brasileiro, que ocorreram no período de 29 de março a 2 de novembro de 1900. A comissão era presidida por Epitacio Pessoa, então ministro da justiça, e tinha como membros: Olegario Herculano de Aquino e Castro, Joaquim da Costa Barradas, Amphilophio Botelho Freire de Carvalho, Francisco de Paula Lacerda de Almeida e João Evangelista Sayão de Bulhões Carvalho.
