Description
English: Time course movie of mitochondrial damage sensing and mitophagy. This movie shows the time-course of one model run describing mitochondrial damage sensing and mitophagy. Starting with an initial mitochondrial mass of 300 (50% high-damaged and 50% low-damaged), the movie represents mitochondrial degradation (Fig 7E). Receptor threshold of 12 minutes, damage threshold of 12.4 minutes and degradation frequency of 5.7 minutes.
