Description 180217-N-YG414-037 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Feb. 17, 2018) - In the wake of the recent tragedy at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla., U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) flies her colors at half-mast. Blue Ridge and her crew have now entered a final upkeep and training phase in preparation to become fully mission capable for operations.
