English:
Former Wahrmann Tenement Building (aka Wahrmann Palace). Three-storey, eclectic cornerbuilding. Built in 1882 (other source in between 1882 and 1885) Planned by Vilmos Freund and János Kauser. Architectural plans made based on plans of the Dresden (Germany) Oppenheim Palast. Built grain trader, banker, member of Hungarian Parlament Mór Wahrmann. After 1926, here was the HQ of the Magyar Általános Ingatlanbank (~Hungarian General Real Estate Bank). Part of World Heritage - 23 Andrássy Avenue = 4 Dalszínház Street, District VI of Budapest.

Háromemeletes, eklektikus sarokház, Freund Vilmos, 1882 (máshol 1882 1885 között) Az utcai homlokzaton kőbábos mellvéd, és ballusztrád az udvarában üvegtetős függőfolyosó, szgraffitó és kút található. A bejárati Flóra szobrok,-Kariatidák,-Stróbl Alajos alkotásai. Az épületnek színes üvegablakai (Kratzmann Ede), udvari oldalon görög mitológia 'alakos' sgraffitók vannak. 2008-ban építész vezető tervező: Kőnig Tamás DLA és Wagner Péter DLA; építész munkatárs: Holtság Ágnes és Rimely Ádám közreműködésével a LEUVEN Kft megbizásáből felújították[1]) Műemléki azonosító: 696, törzsszám: 15543. - Budapest, Terézváros, Andrássy út 23 = Dalszínház utca 4 helyrajzi szám: 29328
