Two storey corner building. Built to Koczinszky tennement building (nicknamed as Koczinszky Palace) for shops, offices and flats. Planned and constructed by builder master András Bányai. Built in the early 20th century. Tenants: chief engineer Simon Párkány's office, Henrik Klein's watch and jewellery shop, Dr. Mihály Fischmann X-ray Institute, Endre Máthé butcher shop, Sándor Arnót men's and children's clothing store, the Dobó sisters' needlework salon, the Papp confectionery, the dentist's office Ottó Grünwald, István Weisz's textile store and the agency of Phőnix and Vienna United Insurance Co., Lőrinc Izsák's clothing store, the Venus hairdressing salon, the Ritter Jakab fashion store, the Németh fashion salon, the Ferenc Valázsik hairdressing shop, the Vitaszek chandelier shop, the Leipnicker paint shop, the Garai and Brothers boys' clothing store, the Ádám shoe store and the tractor parts? shop, the European-renowned time prediction and palm graphologist 'Master Sirius', the Oszadszky confectionery after nationalization here was the Büfé (probably an eating establishment) - 7 Andrássy Road (Irányi Street corner), Downtown, Békéscsaba, Békés County, Hungary.

Bérlők: Párkány Simon főmérnök irodája, Klein Henrik óra- és ékszerüzlete, Dr. Fischmann Mihály röntgenintézet, Máthé Endre hentesüzlet, Arnót Sándor férfi- és gyermekruharaktár, a Dobó nővérek kézimunkaszalonja, a Papp cukrászda, Grünwald Ottó fogorvos rendelő, Weisz István textiláruháza és a Phőnix és Bécsi Egyesült Biztosító Rt. vezérügynöksége, Izsák Lőrinc készruha áruháza, a Vénusz fodrász szalon, a Ritter Jakab Utóda rőfös- és divatáruüzlet, a Németh divatszalon, Valázsik Ferenc fodrászműhely, a Vitaszek-csillárüzlet, a Leipnicker festéküzlet, Garai és Testvérei fiúruhaüzlet, az Ádám cipőáruház és a traktorszaküzlet. Államosítás utána földszintjén évtizedekig a népszerű 'Büfé' működött. 2010-es években földszint nagyrészt K&H Bank fiók volt helyén 2020-as években a Piknikség van - Az Andrássy út felőli homlokzat tíztengelyes, minden tengelyben a földszinten kirakati portállal, a két emeleten ikerablakokkal, ión fejezetes pilaszterekkel, timpanonnal és attikafallal, kőváza díszítéssel.
