DescriptionAntibodies-Covalently-Immobilized-on-Actin-Filaments-for-Fast-Myosin-Driven-Analyte-Transport-pone.0046298.s006.ogv |
English: Aggregation of actin filaments via (a-rIgG)-(Rh-rIgG). Same flow cell as in Movie S1 but approximately 100 seconds later. All actin filaments are co-stained with Alexa Fluor 488® phalloidin and can therefore be observed after switching from a TRITC to a FITC filter set during the second half of the movie. Aggregation can be seen in the lower left corner in both filters. |
