Live HeLa cells were incubated with Alexa 488-conjugated ricin. The region indicated by the red square was exposed to high intensity laser light, and then images obtained serially thereafter. Cells were incubated with 10 µg/ml of neutralizing mAb RAC18. The curves shown at the top right of figure 10 were obtained from these micrographs. |
