Deutsch: Südansicht der Therme Loipersdorf in der steiermärkischen Gemeinde Bad Loipersdorf.
1972 führte die Rohöl-Gewinnungs AG im Gemeindegebiet Loipersdorf eine Tiefbohrung mit der Absicht durch, Erdöl- und Erdgasvorkommen aufzuspüren und dabei stieß man auf die Thermalquelle. Im Juni 1975 erfolgte die Gründung der Gesellschaft „Thermalquelle Loipersdorf GesmbH & Co KG“. Am 15. Juli 1978 wurde ein sogenanntes Schaffelbad und am 25. September 1981 die eigentliche Haupttherme eröffnet. Danach wurde beständig weitergebaut und vergrößert. 2002 erfolgte die Privatisierung der Thermeː [1].
