Deutsch: Kneipp-Mausolem auf dem Friedhof von Bad Wörishofen, 1937 nach Plänen von David Eberle zu Kneipps 40. Todestag errichtet. Im Inneren steht ein Sarkophag aus schwarzem Marmor;. Weißmarmorreliefs versinnbildlichen die Kardinaltugenden. Die Deckplatte ist aus weißem Marmor. Sie enthält eine Inschrift und ein Relief Sebastian Kneipps. – Das Kreuz hinter dem Mausoleum stiftete Alfred Baumgarten (1862–1924), der als Badearzt erheblich zur Verbreitung von Kneipps Therapien beigetragen hatte. |
