Summary edit

Description

Part of plate 2, Baist's Real Estate Maps of Surveys of Seattle (1905). Shows building-by-building detail of part of what is now Downtown Seattle. "Logical north" is at left (the streets in this area don't truly run with the compass points). Shows the area between Second and Fourth Avenues, roughly from Madison Street to University Street (although less is visible near the Second Avenue end).

This is a raw image of a plastic-covered document: some reflections and also some shadow.
