Description
Nederlands: De meerderheidspartijen in het Vlaams Parlement dringen bij de landbouwsector en bij verzekeraars aan op een betaalbare verzekering in geval van schade aan gewassen door extreme weersomstandigheden. Parlementsleden van de commissies landbouw en financiën houden daarom een hoorzitting met experts ter zake.

Aan het woord onder andere Bernard Desmet van Assuralia, de beroepsvereniging van de verzekeringsondernemingen maar ook Jan Schreuder, directeur van de coöperatieve verzekeringsmaatschappij Vereinigte Hagel.

Groen-parlementslid Bart Caron praat na afloop van de hoorzitting verder over de moeizame totstandkoming van deze weersverzekering met Barbara Sauer.
