The 'square' was a participiant of Budapest 100 event. There were outdoor programs, 'bag picnic' The building was not open- In the Square of Opportunity (Práter utca 63) there was a community workshop, game related to neighbourhood and guided tour. Budapest 100 researchers: Janka Bálint and Iván Merker. He was affected by the walk of the BLUE City Walks ModernTeka project 'Under the gardens of Józsfváros'. Led by Lilla Kammermann and Kata Ramocsai, In the 1970s, Józsfváros was one of the largest areas condemned to reconstruction in Budapest. The walk touched on the point and site-like buildings of the former state design companies. Smaller, larger gardens were presented - Molnár Ferenc Square, Losoncinegyed neighbourhood, 8th district of Budapest.

A környékbeli Szigony utca 2-12., 3-13. lakóház(ak) tervezője: Budapesti Városépítési Tervező Iroda (BUVÁTI) Gáspár Tibor, Kiss Albert, Pintér Győző, Valkó Gábor dr. - Építő: 43. sz. Állami Építőipari Vállalat (43. sz. ÁÉV) Építés éve: 1975 - 1980. A belvároshoz közeli lakótelep, amely egy kisvárosias városrész helyén jött létre. Az 1963-as mesterterv a terület teljes átépítését tűzte ki célul, egy negyven-ötven méter széles úttal a mai Szigony utca helyén, amelyet „Szigony körút”-ként emlegettek – ennek a torzója a Szigony út menti óriási parkoló is. Az átépítés sosem fejeződött be, így a lakótelep megmaradt egy sikertelen városépítési kísérlet mementójának. A sokáig rossz hírű utca később a magyar hip-hopban töltött be fontos szerepet. 'Budapest100 2024' rendezvény nyitott 'háza'. Szabadtéri programok voltak, 'batyus piknik' Az épület nem tartott nyitva A Lehetőségek Terében (Práterutca 63) alkotóműhely, játék és térbejárás. Budapest 100 kutatók: Bálint Janka és Merker Iván. Érintette a KÉK Városi Séták ModernTéka projekt 'A józsfvárosi kertek alatt' séta. Kammermann Lilla és Ramocsai Kata vezette, Az 1970-es években Józsfváros volt az egyik legnagyobb mérétékű budapesti szanálásra ítélt terület. A séta érintette az egykori állami tervező vállalatok pont- és telepszerű épületeit. A kisebb nagyobb kertek bemutatása történt. - Budapest, Józsefváros, Losoncinegyed városrész, Molnár Ferenc tér.
