Three storey office builidng Built in around 1953 (or before). It was a editorial office of Pajtás magazine, HQ of the Ifjúsági Lapkiadó Publishing Company. Remodelled to Hotel. After remodelled to dwelling building. Ot was a educational institution, family help center, mode shop, beauty shop. Budapest Capital 12th district Hegyvidék Self-government Family Support and Child Welfare Centre. Planned to demolishing in 1st half of 2022 - 7-9 Beethoven Street, Németvölgy neighbourhood, 12th district of Budapest.

1953 körül építettek egy háromemeletes irodaépület. Itt volt az Ifjúsági Lapkiadó Vállalat iroda/székház, Pajtás újság szerkesztőség, Földalatti Vasút Vállalat iroda ill. a Express Ifjúsági Utazási és Szolgáltató Vállalat – a KISZ Központi Bizottságának utazási irodája – kapta meg. Földszintjén 2021-ben a Budapest Főváros XII. ker. Hegyvidéki Önkormányzat Családsegítő és Gyermekjóléti Központ. Szociális szervezet hátralék-kiegyenlítési támogatási kérelmek befogadóhelye https://www.hegyvidek.hu/elet-hegyvideken/szocialis-intezmenyek/csaladsegito Info: halozatalapitvany.hu Egykor (1959-től?) itt volt a Hotel Express 102 férőhelyes szálloda. 2000 körül az önkormányzat garzonházzá alakította. 2000-es években itt volt a szakképzéseket nyújtó Schola Europa Akadémia. 2010-es években Családsegítő és Gyermekjóléti Központ, ruha-üzlet, szépségszalon, táncművészeti stúdió. Az épület bontása várhatóan 2022 elején kezdődik. Az A3 Építész Kft. és a Value 4 Real Kft. tervei alapján 120 lakás, továbbá irodák, üzlethelyiségek, orvosi rendelő épül (össz. ezen a hlyen és a szomszéd két Böszörményi úti irodaház helyén) [1] - Budapest, Hegyvidék, Németvölgy városrész, Beethoven utca (egykori Gaál utca) 7-9
