Benjamin Lebert, lebt in Hamburg. Er hat mit zwölf Jahren angefangen, zu schreiben. 1999 erschien sein erster Roman „Crazy“, der in 33 Sprachen übersetzt und von Hans-Christian Schmid fürs Kino verfilmt wurde. Sein zweiter Roman, „Der Vogel ist ein Rabe“, erschien 2003, der dritte Roman „Kannst du“, 2005.
