Description
English: Beta 2-adaptin siRNA treated U2OS cells were seeded onto collagen in complete media and spread for 4 hours. Time-lapse live cell images were taken every 2 minutes on a Nikon Eclipse Ti microscope using a 10X/0.30 PL FLUOR Nikon objective and Nikon NS-Elements software.
