Description

Black-winged Kite, Manjira, Telangana, India. A juvenile, judging by its reddish / orangish eyes, it was eyeing a prey for a while. Then it flew above the prey and hovered for around 10-15 seconds before diving for a catch. But it missed. And again and again before flying off to a perch for rest. The light was low so couldn't get shots, but had a good sighting of the whole event.
