Délvill site. Former? City Electric Works (Bocskai Street 29.) Power plant It was built in 1904 under the name 'Municipal Electric Works' based on the plans of Ganz&Co. Rt. with a loan from the Hungarian Commercial Bank of Pest. The contractor of the engine room, boiler room and residential building is János Liptak's company, the boiler foundation and masonry and the chimney construction were built by Szilveszter Eggenberger's company in Budapest. Steam engines were made by Nicholson and electric machines by Ganz. The plant started on December 1, 1904 with 260 customers. In 1906, the network was expanded, three new transformer stations were built. In 1933 Gyula and in 1939 Mezőberény were connected to the Csaba site. Its Art Deco style transformer house was designed by Vilmos Obrist. From Bocskai Street, a two-storey residential and office building built according to the plans of GusztávÁdám closes the site - from Békési Road (Route 470), Békéscsaba, Békés County, Hungary.

Délvill telep. Egykori? Városi villamos művek (Bocskai u. 29.) 'Községi villamos mű' néven a Ganz és Társa Rt. tervei alapján a Pesti Magyar Kereskedelmi Bank kölcsönéből 1904-ben épült. A gépház, a kazánház és a lakóépület kivitelezője Lipták János vállalkozás, a kazánalapozást és -falazást, a kéményépítést Eggenberger Szilveszter budapesti cége építtette fel. A gőzgépek a Nicholson, avillamos gépek a Ganz gyártmányai voltak. Az üzem 1904 december 1-jén indult meg 260 fogyasztóval. 1906-ban hálózatot bővítették három új transzformátorállomást építettek. 1933-ban Gyulát, 1939-ben Mezőberényt is a csabai telepre kapcsolták. Art deco stílusú transzformátorházát Obrist Vilmos tervezte. A Bocskai utca felől az Ádám Gusztáv tervei szerint épült emeletes lakó- és irodaház zárja le a telepet.
