Description
English: Rehoming charity at 2,Elm Vale, Fairfield, Liverpool. Often wrongly rendered as the "Bootle" home for cats, but it was named after Alderman William Boote, an animal lover who died on 8th December 1923 and left his wealth to set up the home.
