Description
English: The charming North Eastern Railway station at Bridlington has much to offer the casual visitor, not least of which is the splendid Refreshment Rooms which are festooned with Railwayana, old enamel signs and other vintage memorabilia. They offer a might fine pasty lunch too! The operational station, much reduced from it's 1950s Summer Holiday heyday, now sports three platforms, two on the the through route to Scarborough and one for the terminating, but more intensive service from Hill. Interesting the platforms in use are numbers 4. 5 and 6!
