~ Petőfi Square Ornament Well or Lion's well (Erected 1927, Antal Heilinger). This was the first artesian well of the city. - In 1893, Demeter Czoll, master from Hódmezővásárhely-Orosháza, carried out the well drilling, he also built the first quadrangular-shaped well house. Petőfi tér díszkút avagy Oroszlánok kútja (Felállítás 1927, Heilinger Antal) város első artézi kútja. 1893-ban Czoll Demeter hódmezővásárhelyi-orosházi mester végezte a kútfúrást, ő készítette az elsõ, négyszög alakú kútházat is. A mai díszkút Heilinger Antal építőmester tervei szerint készült 1927-ben. Vize az 1978-i "békési" földrengéskor elzáródott, a város lakói azonban megörizték.
