Former Emil Tőry Villa other name Tőry-Kohner Villa. Planned by Emil Tőry around 1898. Historicist style. The 'landscape-like villa garden' designed and executed (probably built from plants grown by his company in his own nursery) by Ármin Pecz Jr. in 1898. Trees in this garden based on 2003 inventory of monumental garden values: horse chestnuts (Aesculus hippocastanum; d=50-90 cm), tall ash (Fraxinus excelsior, d=50-100 cm), yew (Taxus baccata), three groups of black pine (Pinus nigra, d=30-55 cm). Note: since the 2003 survey, many trees have been cut down - In the 2000s Aftercare Institute for Young People Adults in State Care of the Municipality of Budapest Child Protection Department (for 18 and 24 years old). In the 2020s probably pivate property. - 57A Budakeszi Road=14 Hárshegy Road, Hárshegy neighborhood, 2nd district of Budapest.

A villát Tőry Emil építész 1898 körül tervezte saját maga számára, historizáló stílusban. A nagyméretű, tájképi jellegű villakertet ifj.
