"Juden" ist der Übertritt über die Demarkationslinie in das besetzte Gebiet Frankreichs verboten.-Als Jude gilt, wer der jüdischen Konfession angehört oder angehört hat oder von mehr als 2 jüdischen Grosselternteilen abstammt. Grosseltern gelten als Juden, wenn sie der jüdischen Konfession angehören oder angehört haben. Verletzungen dieses Verbotes werden mit Gefängnis oder Geldstrafe bestraft. Daneben kann auf Vermögenseinziehung erkannt werden.
