For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. ADN-ZB / Pätzold / 31.10.89 / Bez. Schwerin: Der erste rechnergesteuerte Stoffzuschnitt der Möbelindustrie der DDR schuf im VEB Polstermöbel Güstrow Voraussetzungen für eine höhere und effektivere Konsumgüterproduktion. Durch die Optimierung der Schnittpläne können fünf Prozent Stoff eingespart und acht Werktätige freigesetzt werden. Die Cutterschneiderinnen Brunhild Walther (r.) und Ilse Böhm sowie weitere 13 Kolleginnen, die sich für den Drei-Schicht-Betrieb entschieden haben, erhalten anspruchsvollere Arbeitsaufgaben. Keine Erleichterungen gibt es bislang für die Frauen beim Stofftransport. |
