Photograph:GFDL granted by photographer. Photography is permitted in the sculpture park, except for a few pieces whose plaques explicitly prohibit photography. Independently of that, I (JM) think that this shows little enough of the Calder piece that it probably would not raise copyright issues even if such permission had not been granted.
